Our products are delivered as digital licenses. Once a digital license has been issued or service access has been provided, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, except where required by law.
This policy applies to all tiers, including Startup, Pro, Business, Growth, and Enterprise plans.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
